We attempted to try this place out a few months ago when it first opened, but it was a Saturday, and the wait was very long. We didn't make it back until last night but it was worth the wait. A really flavorful and fun place for a major chain. I am picky about many chains because the food is half-assed or it is just gross. However, BWW exceeded my expectations. Our server, Diamond, was amazing. She was prompt, funny, helpful, and attentive (brought us refills without needing to be asked, which I think is something that doesn't happen much anymore). I don't eat meat, only sometimes I will eat fish, so it was refreshing to see many pescetarian and vegetarian options. I ordered the fish tacos (with Caribbean jerk) which was spicy but freaking awesome. My boyfriend said the burger was phenomenal. I can't wait to try a few of the other options including the black bean burger and cheese curds! It may be too loud for some people, so that may deter some. They have buzztime trivia for people to play from their tables, so that makes for some fun! A great first time at BWW with awesome food, excellent service, and fun atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Good food, good service, great environment. It's a sports bar and it lives up to that glowingly. I have noted that the ratio of waitstaff to customers is like 1:1 - I'm not sure how they stay in business, but their service is great. Your drink is a quarter empty and someone's filling it up again. The wings are wonderful and there's a HUGE selection of sauces or rubs. I prefer the dry rubs - in particular the chipotle. If you dip that in sweet barbecue sauce then you have achieved wing nirvana. They also have a pretty decent selection of beers and the prices are reasonable! I would definitely recommend it.

Wings were pretty good. Its kinda expensive for what you get. We waited at least 35 minutes for our food, and there was maybe 20 people in the place..

We have loved going to Buffalo Wild Wings while on vacation, especially in Virginia, for years. We're excited to have them in our own backyard now. It's been open for a little more than a week when we decided to go for the first time. As everything in the strip its in is just opening for the first time, the parking lot was jammed and very little available parking. However, we got immediate seating at 4pm. The place was at near capacity. Our server was very nice and the food was great. We had some wings, build-a-burger and a steak wrap. All good! Can't wait to come back.

It's not the greatest but not the worst. It's a clean facility with pretty decent service. The food is nothing to rave about, but people don't necessarily come here for a gourmet meal. It's for the atmosphere: beer, wings, and sports on their numerous tv's. It's a good place for a group gathering to watch a game of you don't want to host at home.

The wings are very good and the sauces are equally as good. Do try jammin jalapeño, so far it's my favorite. The beer is reasonably priced but I would avoid the mixed drinks as they are too pricey and very weak (watered down). I do recommend this establishment.

Being brand new to the area and very busy with 25-45 minute waits due to the amount of people waiting for a seat. I tried the location waiting the 45min to get in. Love Buffalo Wild Wings especially the service received for it being very busy. The servers name was Sarah and she was amazing! No rush to get us eating and out he door, was all handled professionally and she was again outstanding with the knowledge of the products being it was some of the members of the table first time at a wild wings.

The atmosphere is nice and it's a good place to watch any games but the food isn't the best...The skin on the wings was too soggy... The slider hamburgers were plain and dry... The cheese curds had no flavor... The fries & ice cream were good though.

Way to expensive for the quantity/quality of food. Kids get better in their school cafeteria. Service Was beyond slow and 4 bucks for a bottle of beer with terrible food? No thanks

We got take out and the wings traveled well. Didn't get soggy. The Thai Curry sauce was really good. The spicy garlic wasn't bad, but wasn't anything extraordinary. The staff was friendly and attentive. The draft beer selection was good with about 30 beers on draft. They forgot the bleu cheese and celery in the order. Aside from that, no complaints. My wife enjoyed the chicken caesar salad. The place was nice, lots of TVs, clean.

Opening a wing joint in NEPA is a seriously ballsy endeavour because we have no shortage of amazing wing places. However, one thing made me quite excited for Buffalo Wild Wings to open its doors: Buzztime Trivia. I've been playing this pub trivia game under the same handle since I was probably 12 or 13. I started playing at Grotto at Harvey's lake, and then later at Grotto in Wilkes-Barre. Grotto has decent pizza and wings, but their players are at least 20 years old, and I was ready for a change of scenery. As soon as I walked in, the hostess handed me the most gorgeous touch-screen player I've ever seen - I didn't even have to ASK for one. (see pic). There were plenty of TVs with the game on, as well as a ton with sports, so there was no need to crane my neck to see the screen (but the players have the questions on them as well - YES! Hello, 21st century!) A table "captain" came over to see if I wanted to try any wing sauces or beer samples or if I would like to have a TV changed to the trivia station -- awesome. I then planned on coming back during a non-lunch hour to try some of their beers. When I logged on, I saw at least 5 other regular players from Grotto ALSO playing... it seems we all have the same idea... haha! Anyway, on to the food and service. Service was pleasant, though food delivery was very slow. It was at the end of the lunch rush, but we still had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. When it arrived, we were missing some items we ordered, but the server did remedy the situation (for the most part) pretty quickly. Unfortunately, my boss did not get her salad dressing after asking, though, and ate her salad dry. I am not sure if they didn't have a decent expo on or what, but I could tell that my wings had been under the heat lamp for quite some time. The sauce, though delicious and pretty spicy for this area (I got the standard hot), was almost dried out completely. However, the celery sticks were super fresh, and I enjoyed the wings a lot even though they were over-heated and late to the table. The fries and mac & cheese were also decent for a chain restaurant, and the menu itself was so immense that it was very difficult to decide on just one thing. If I were JUST rating on the food and service alone, I would give BWW 3 stars, because I would definitely go back to taste-test the other wing sauces, and it is definitely more my kind of place for happy hour than a Friday's or the like. The service and food delivery need a bit of work, but it is only their second week, and nothing was glaringly terrible, so I expect they'll work out the kinks. I just HAVE to add another star for the trivia experience. I've never been to a place that actually WANTED quiz nerds like me around, taking up tables, glassy-eyed and watching TVs, their hands posed to answer quickly, sometimes not paying 100% attention to the servers, wing sauce dripping from some corner of their faces. But we are loyal, and we buy lots of snacks and beer. I felt like MY PEOPLE were welcomed with opened arms, and I can't wait to switch my avatar over to this place. /nerdrant

I dont usually review corporate restaurants but after reading some of these horrendous reviews I felt compelled to do so. Ive been to this particular BDubs many times. Corporate = consistent. In any sports bar, Bdubs included, the amount of loud, drunk, rowdy, obnoxious patrons these servers have to deal with is tremendous. At this BDubs, no matter how over zelous or zoned into their tablets the customers are, the staff always remains friendly and smiling. The boneless wings and various sauces are incredible, the level of fun is always on top. I love this location and so do my kids and husband.

It was louder than many concerts I've been to which made it incredibly difficult to hear other people talking. 8pm on a Sunday night, it was pretty empty and there were more people working than customers (which is fine) but having them all congregate around and hanging out together was kind of weird. Other than that, the service was good. The wings are ok but not as good as many pizza places in the area but for twice the cost. Unless you really want to watch a game in a really loud environment with subpar and expensive wings, you might want to grab some wings and pizza somewhere else and watch the game at a friend's place.

Went for first time. Great wings and reasonably priced beer with many craft beer choices. Love the tablets for the kids which kept my young one busy the whole time. Will definitely go back again soon.

I usually don't review chains however I had a few things to mention. Our server Joy was very nice. The kids got to play on the tablets they have for each table. The appetizers are a cheaper option and better value than the kids meals. Portion sizes were average to small. The fries tasted and looked like 1980s burger king fries. The medium wing sauce was quite mild. The check came out pre-divided which is good for the mathematically challenged. Overall it's not a great value for the price. Very loud and hard to hold a conversation in the open floor plan.

The food was good, but nothing fantastic. Then again, what else do you get at a chain restaurant? The pros of our visit: Our waitress was a fantastic waitress. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out. I appreciate the fact that you can sample any wing sauces or any beer on tap before buying. It helped us decide on a sauce we both liked. If you want to go watch the game, there are more tvs than any place could ever need, so that wont be a problem! The cons: The food is over priced and not the highest quality. The wings, which are the namesake of the chain, are THE MOST over priced item on the menu, and weren't really good... Would I eat there again? Sure. Would it be MY choice? Probably not, at least not for awhile. It definitely has its appeal for the right person, though.

Went to bww for dinner happy hour 3 to 6 pm with $3 appetizers. Was seated at 555...ordered drinks by the time server came back was 603....but would not honor the $3 appetizer! Because it wad 3 minutes after 6....again we were seated before 6.....i refused to pay fuil price for appetizer as that was all i wanted therfore i did not order.....forgot my husbands french fries.....no ice in unsweetened tea and no sugar substitute on table. ..this was the second visit here equally as disappointing as the first. Never to return!

My first trip here... they let us sample some sauces. Waiter was super nice and friendly. The wings were soggy and not cripsy. I had an Asian sauce which was absolutely terrible and garlic parmasean which was so so. Basically i would definitely never come here for wings again I'd rather support my local pub and know I'm getting good wings. I would however give them another try to see how there burgers and sandwiches were.

I was pretty excited to hear that we were getting a Buffalo Wild Wings and so I decided to check the place out and watch some Monday Night Football while I grabbed a quick bite. Upon walking in the atmosphere was pretty inviting and I really liked the layout. There were huge tv's everywhere and the staff was friendly. The bartender came right over and was friendly and attentive. She explained things to me and answered my questions in a really pleasant manner. I tried to order mild wings but they were out of mild sauce so I went with the medium. Not really the end of the world. I also wanted fries with cheese sauce but they were also out of cheese sauce. The bartender was really nice about it and very apologetic but honestly it wasn't a big deal to me at all. These things happen. However, when my food arrived I really began to be disappointed. I ate one french fry and it was apparent they were "dead" which is a restaurant term for french fries that have been under the heat lamp too long and are disgusting and dried out. I didn't say anything because at that point I honestly didn't even care and just wanted to eat my wings and go. The wings were soggy even though the bartender rang them in as extra crispy and the sauce was terrible. It was that bottled bright orange buffalo sauce you get on the wings in an appetizer sampler at a Damon's or TGI Friday's. I know it's a chain but I honestly thought that their signature item, buffalo wings, would have a different sauce than every other chain in the world. So I ended up paying $18.60 (plus tip) for 10 soggy chain restaurant wings, dead fries, and 1 soda. The price really isn't an issue as I know the wholesale cost of wings has gone through the roof so I honestly would have gladly paid that price for quality---but being that they were so disappointing I do feel a little ripped off. There are wayyy too many places in this area with phenomenal wings to be paying that much for crappy wings. I think this place will do a good bar business with sports and the tv's, but the food sales will definitely tank once the novelty wears off. I do have to say that the bartender serving me was great though. She's really the only reason I even gave the second star. All in all it's a cool bar with good service and really disappointing food.
